Samenwerking tussen Dolmans en Havensteder

Schimmel verwijderen en preventie

Met trots laten we weten dat we op 3 december de samenwerking met Havensteder hebben gevierd. Met dit contract gaan we een samenwerking van twee stookseizoenen aan om woningen van Havensteder vrij te maken van schimmel.

Dolmans Calamiteiten Diensten in Rotterdam neemt de inspecties en het verwijderen van schimmel op zich. Daarnaast wordt ook gewerkt aan schimmelpreventie. Havensteder is een woningcorporatie in stadsregio Rotterdam. Zij verhuren, beheren en onderhouden ruim 45.000 woningen. Samen met Havensteder en andere partners is een preventiewaaier ontwikkeld met praktische tips om schimmel te voorkomen. 

Aandacht voor mens en omgeving

Schimmel in woningen is niet alleen een esthetisch probleem, maar ook een gezondheidsrisico. Onze rol is helder: we zorgen voor een veilige woon- en leefomgeving voor iedere bewoner. Wij zijn er trots op dat we deze diensten nu rechtstreeks voor Havensteder leveren. Zo blijven we de komende twee stookseizoenen bijdragen aan een gezond thuis voor de huurders van Havensteder.
